Emily’s Interiors is a premier kitchen and bath design cabinetry firm serving discerning residential clients. We are growing and seeking an experienced Interior Designer who is ready to step into a high-caliber environment where creativity, precision, and client relationships matter above all else.

This is not an entry-level role. We work with clients who have exacting standards and budgets in the $200K+ range. You will oversee projects from concept through completion — managing selections, vendor relationships, site coordination, and client communication with full professionalism

We will invest in the right candidate — including training on 3D design software — but you must already bring proven experience with high-end residential clientele.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with high-end residential clients
Ability to manage complex, detail-oriented projects with organization and precision
Experience with projects valued over $1 million
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Proficient in design software (3D training provided for the right candidate)
Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath products a strong plus

This Role is Not For

Entry-level designers without client-facing experience
Designers without real project experience in high-end residential
Anyone who needs training to step into high-end client work
Candidates unwilling to be present, collaborative, and hands-on

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience, designed to attract and retain top-tier design talent. Full details discussed during the interview process.
