Who is Emily?
My name is Joseph Kupstas and I am the Founder of Emily’s Interiors, Inc.
- I have been in Design/Build Remodeling for over 30 years.
- I found in my career, helping homeowners make sound design decisions, and sourcing the products and materials for their projects were our biggest challenges to overcome.
- My daughter, Emily loves color, design, and dreams of helping make design selections during remodeling someday. She inspired me to start Emily’s Interiors Inc.


Why Emily’s?
Emily’s Interiors employs a tried and true kitchen design process. Our process was born out of the never ending desire to create well functioning and well designed kitchens that our customers will love. Equally important is the communication and relationship a kitchen designer and installer creates in order to make the instalation process as easy, quick, and efficient as possible.
Consultation
The first step starts with a phone call or email. We’ll set up an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your potential design. Our expert and responsive team will listen to your ideas and needs and capture all the necessary details to begin creating a design you’ll love.
Creative & Architectural Design
Our interactive, lifelike 3D design process will incorporate all of your requirements in a realistic way.
Emily’s Triple Check
We will incorporate our Emily’s Triple Check process to ensure every aspect of your design, materials, finishes, and accessories are accounted for before your design is complete. This reduces overall project time, leaving you enjoying your project sooner and with less headaches.
Installation and Warranty Partner
The design team at Emily’s is there for you, at any point in your installation process to answer design questions, or order additional or replacement parts in the unlikely event something does happen during your order delivery.

Joseph Kupstas
Founder & CEO
Joe has been in the Design/Build Remodeling for over 30 years. He created Emily’s Interiors because he saw a need in the industry to help homeowners make sound design decisions, and source the products and materials they need to redesign their space.

Michael Connors
General Manager, Lead Designer
Mike has been with Emily’s Interiors since the company was created and has been in the design/build space since 2004. Mike says that, “every time a project I design comes to life and gets built, it’s a great moment.”

Gabby Picarello
Architectural Designer
Gabby has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Wentworth Institute of Technology and has been designing for over 9 years. Her proudest design achievement is Becoming an NCIDQ licensed interior designer!

Maureen Lowell
Lead Designer
Maureen has over 17 years of interior design experience; specializing in all aspects of design including colors and selections. Maureen is thrilled to offer her expertise on your next design project!

Jackie Cuneo
Designer
Jackie will work closely with our clients to create designs, help with material selections, and produce detailed drawings for production teams.

Christine Bratchell
Office Manager
Christine brings over 15 years of management experience to Emily’s Interiors and manages all the administrative day-to-day operations, bookkeeping and human resources of Emily’s Interiors.

Cheryl Mawdsley
Accounting
Cheryl has been managing Emily’s Interiors finances for over four years and manages every back of the house detail needed for accurate financial record keeping, customer satisfaction and the day-to-day operations of Emily’s Interiors.
